Delivery is free when you spend over £25.00. Delivery charges for any orders below £25.00 will be £3.95. Deliveries to the Shetland Islands, Hebrides, Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland will be £4.95. If you require an urgent delivery, delivery to the Channel Islands, international delivery, including the Republic of Ireland please email or ring for delivery prices, as these vary by weight.

We accept Paypal. If you do not wish to use Paypal then please feel free to contact us via info@campfirecooking.co.uk or by calling 01590 624322 an we are happy to take card payments over the phone.

Delivery will take 3-5 working days. We use a range of couriers depending on the size and weight of the product you order.

If your product arrives to you damaged in any way please let us know as soon as possible by emailing us at info@campfirecooking.co.uk and we will replace the item for you.

If you would like to return a product for any reason please email us at info@campfirecooking.co.uk with your order number and the reason for return then please send the product back to us at the address below in its original packaging and without any damage within 14 days. Once we receive the product we will issue a refund.

Once we have received your order we will send you an email confirming the details. Your payment will be processed and your order will be sent to our warehouse for packing by one of our dedicated team members. Once packed your order will be dispatched and email will be sent to you. You should receive your order within 3 to 5 working days.
